Premium Dutch processed cocoa is darker, much more chocolatey and less bitter than standard supermarket brands.
You need to use much less for an intense chocolate flavour.
Fabulous for chocolate cakes, chocolate icing, deserts and for making chocolate ice cream.
This cocoa is less acidic than regular cocoa, and lends a deeper, richer taste.
Produced from the nibs of the cocoa beans, it is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, B, C & E.
