Gluten free, aluminium free and phosphate free baking powder
Description
This baking powder is gluten free, aluminium free and free of phosphates and other additives.

This baking powder is especially good for yeast- and/or gluten free bread baking but is also a replacement for regular aluminium- or calcium phosphate containing baking powder used in pastries.

Phosphate-free baking powder is more neutral in taste.

Dosage is 4% on flour (about 1tsp (5g) on 1 cups flour).
15-20g/500g flour.


What is Glucono-delta-Lactone?

GDL (Glucono-delta-lactone ) is obtained by crystalisation of gluconic acid, a fruit acid.

Gluconic acid is naturally occurring in plants, fruits and other food such as wine (up to 0.5%) and honey (up to 1%).
